The regularly scheduled May club meeting was held on the 2nd. All Officers and Board members were present except Steve Winchell.

Treasurer's Report: A copy is posted on the bulletin board.

Carp Shoot will be at Grayrocks Reservoir June 11th. Registration will be from 6:30 am to 7:00 am. You are not required to shoot carp at Grayrocks. There will be payback for the smallest, largest, and ugliest carp. There will also be awards for youth shooters 16 and under. Cost for this event is $15.00 for adult, and $5.00 for the kids. Details and entry forms are located at the club.

Super Day will be June 25th. The Club's application has been submitted. Volunteers are needed to set up and help with the kids who come to shoot. This is a fun event for the community. Randy Burtis is the point of contact for this event.

Range Inspections – Our indoor range has been inspected. Thank You John Wilson for getting this completed. The Outdoor Range at Curt Gowdy still needs to be completed. A work party to get the range cleaned up and target butts replaced was snowed out. A work party will be on a weeknight in the near future when the range drys out.

Concrete Project – Volunteers are needed to start getting this done. Dates to work this project will be coordinated in the near future. See Neal Perkins to get on a contact list. Thanks in advance.

State Field Shoot - Curt Gowdy State Park, July 9th and 10th – In order to qualify for awards you must be a State member to participate. Volunteers are needed to help with this event. John Wilson is the contact for this shoot.

YMCA is having a girls camp in July. They have asked the club to provide targets and bows for the morning of July 18th. Neal and Mike have volunteered to help with this event. Any other volunteers are welcome. If interested, contact Neal Perkins.

Reinhart 100 - Butch Rupert and David Hayes are interested in having the Club host a Reinhart 100 shoot. Terry Bison Ranch and Curt Gowdy State Park are possible locations. If the club decides to host this shoot, the Board of Directors indicated that Club funds would not be used to lease or rent any location.

Bowhunter's Weekend

Raffle tickets for this Shoot are available for sale and purchase. Club members who want to sell raffle tickets can contact Jason Mayle. Grand prize for the raffle is a Double Bull Matrix blind. This is a great fund raiser for the shoot. Need not be present to win.

Peeps with any type of lens will be considered Open Class at this years tournament.

Last year's food vendor will return this year. Curt Gowdy officials have indicated that there may be a charge for this type of service next year.

Due to a lack of volunteers, there will be no Friday shoot as previously discussed. The Shoot will run the same days as in the past: Saturday and Sunday. Volunteers for setup/tear down, registration, and raffle ticket / t-shirt sales are needed. Contact Mike Calaway or Neal Perkins to get involved.

Next meeting is June 6th, 7:00 PM.

Presidents Message

I was very impressed at the number of members at this months meeting. Membership participation (In my mind) has long been suffering. Most folks are amazed (and sometimes amused) by the amount of work that is performed behind the scenes. Your input is always welcome! I have noticed a lot of new faces lately. To these folks, welcome!

The first weekend in August the club will be hosting Wyoming's largest 3D outdoor shoot. There is two things I would like club members to consider. The first, get involved with this shoot. You can contact one of the board members for a list of events that we need help with. This is a club function ran by club members, help be a part of this great shoot. The second, please take time during the shoot to notice the sponsors. These business have graciously donated their money, so you don’t have too. The money they donate helps keep the quality of targets second to none while making this sport affordable to everyone. So please take the time to thank them by considering them next time you need their services. Neal

P.S. Don’t forget the carp shoot.
