The May board meeting was called to order at 7:04 pm on the 7th of May, 2008. No board members or officers were absent.

Treasurers Report

Net income from Apr. 1st until Apr. 30th , 2008 was $1,369.00 and net expenses during the same time period was $2,899.36. Discussion on Utility expenses. The report corrected with utility charges was approved by all.

Very old Business

Locks will be re-keyed on 3 doors. Total cost of $40. A deadbolt will be installed on the utility door. All members needing a key must attend the next business meeting.

No webmaster for the CFA website. Dan Conrad will look at a private vendor and report next month.

Access YES shoots raised $1,250. A big thank you to all that participated and to all these companies: Luxury Diner, Plains Hotel, Jackson's Sports Grill, Texas Roadhouse, Orrison Distributing, and Cheyenne Stitch. Neal once again did an outstanding job. Next year remember this worthy cause and make your access donations in the name of archers. When we stand united together big things will happen.

CFA sent in the application to participate in Super Day this June 28th at Lions Park. No, none, zero, zilcho volunteers are needed. We have a full crew. All the free food, beverages and other freebies were enough to entice several club members to step up and help out. A waiting list is being taken by President Dan.

Broad head rules committee still reviewing the rules. No action yet. Smoke 'em if you got 'em, but use your own target, please.

Triple Crown rules committee still reviewing the rules. No action yet.

Block target sales is still under review. No action yet.

Carp shoot is May 31st. Call Rick Ginter for details. Wheatland #1 is the start location.

New Business

Thursday and Sunday night leagues are done for the season due to lack of interest.

Work Party at Curt Gowdy archery range May 21st 5:00 pm. Range repairs and clean up are done by our club each year. Consider helping out.

Work party 6:00 pm, May 28th at the club to ex post facto targets.
